What do you really want for your health?
What is health for this season of your life?
Maybe you need to go back to the very beginning like I did and ask…. What really is health anyway?!!
As my current, 12-week Taste Radiant Living class is in progress, this is where we’re starting. It’s a piece often neglected, but actually essential. Here’s why.
“Before moving on to some specific applications, I want to focus on one of the most important personal motivators. Besides the sheer numbers (health statistics) being a motivation, I want you to take a few minutes to get a really clear vision of what “good health” will look like for you. What do you want? What exactly will this look like for you? What clothing/styles will you be able to wear? How much energy will you have…and for what? How will your lab results improve? What symptoms will disappear? How much muscle tone would you like to gain? How about your endurance levels?
I’m serious. This is that important.
Without a vision or a dream, discipline and motivation will be nonexistent.
Without a vision, we can run rather directionless, not knowing what we are running toward. Without knowing what you are working to achieve, you won’t know when you have actually hit your goals (or know what progress you are making), and you won’t have the lasting motivation to make better choices.”
So, I encourage you. Get clear. Write out what your health goals and vision specifically look like.
